Batata

(Boniato or Cuban Sweet Potato) Light brown in color, yet darker than the Yuva. Batata has been savored in the Caribbean for centuries.

Beet

A biennial root vegetable, delivers natural sweetness and a vibrant red color. Generally a cool seasonal crop which we cook to perfection.

Candy Striped Beet

(also known as Chioggia Beet) Introduced in the US in the late 1840s, it has a sweet, slightly peppery taste and beautiful red and white rings.
