Ingredients
A mix of root vegetables in varying proportions 70% (taro, ruby taro (taro, beetroot juice), sweet potato, ruby sweet potato (sweet potato, beetroot juice), batata, yuca, parsnip), vegetable oil (canola oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil), sea salt.

Batata
(Boniato or Cuban Sweet Potato) Light brown in color, yet darker than the Yuva. Batata has been savored in the Caribbean for centuries.

Parsnip
A member of the same family as carrots, fennel, parsley, celery, celeriac and chervil.

Sweet Potato
